- Any age challenge, or any other protest, by an opposing coach will require a $100 cash fee- and an official form must be submitted.
-If you have back to back games then you will receive a 15 min break between games if you would like.
-Each coach will receive 2 wristbands for the weekend. Please keep it on for both Days. If you take off you will have to pay for admissions Sunday.
-Please bring AAU Cards or insurance for club.
-This is a sanction event so only girls can plau in the girls divisions and only boys can play in the boys division.
-The Divisions are AGE BASED for 14 and Under.
-Bring a team ball for warmups. Do not dribble in any locations inside facilities except for gyms.
-Please bring Report Cards and Birth Certificate to the games.
-The official book is the home teams.
-If you Requested an athlete to play down: Items you and/or your coach must have present at each game: 1-copy of athlete`s birth document 2-report card that states 2017-2018 school year, name of school, name of athlete & grade of athlete.
-Failure to have eligibility paperwork for any athlete playing may result in removal of the athlete from the tournament & forfeiture of any game(s) in which the athlete played.
- A player is allowed to play on multiple teams within the same organization as long as all Eligibilities and Requirements are met to play up or down in a division. The player Cannot play in the same age group for the same organization in this tournament. Exp: A player cant play for a 7th Grade team in the East Divisions and 7th Grade West Divisions. A player Cannot switch organizations. Players are not allowed to play with multiple organizations in the event. The first organization & game a player plays with in this event is the Organization that player is attached to for the weekend. Any player caught playing with Multiple Organizations will be removed from this event & the games will be considered a forfeit. A player cannot play for 2 different organizations. (Contact Phil with questions.) NO PLAYER CAN PLAY FOR MORE THEN ONE ORGANIZATION.
-Coaches, players, parents and those attending this event must display good sportsmanship and conduct. Foul language will not be tolerated. Site supervisors will have the authority to remove all violators from the tournament.
- Please show up earlier for events if games are ahead of schedule and both teams agree to start early we will.
-Please make sure ALL TEAM MEMBERS know location of games.
OTHER TOURNEY INFORMATION:
- RAP will have a merchandise booth at the SUNY SITE. RAP will also have tourney shirts available to purchase at each site.
- No Coolers are allowed in any gyms.

ELIGIBILITY RULES FOR AAU GIRLS BASKETBALL:
Each grade division consists of a 24 month age window which determines an athlete`s participation in that division. If an athlete`s age is outside the 24 month window for their grade, the athlete must play up to the grade division that is normal and customary for their age. If an athlete is in any grade above what is normal and customary for their age, an athlete may play down provided they meet the established criteria listed in the chart below.
4TH GRADE DIVISION An athlete must be in the 4th grade as of October 1, 2017 and can be no older than 11 on August 31, 2018. For an athlete that is in the 5th grade as of October 1, 2017 wanting to play down, they can be no older than 10 on August 31, 2018.
5TH GRADE DIVISION An athlete must be in the 5th grade as of October 1, 2017 and can be no older than 12 on August 31, 2018. For an athlete that is in the 6th grade as of October 1, 2017 wanting to play down, they can be no older than 11 on August 31, 2018.
6TH GRADE DIVISION An athlete must be in the 6th grade as of October 1, 2017 and can be no older than 13 on August 31, 2018. For an athlete that is in the 7th grade as of October 1, 2017 wanting to play down, they can be no older than 12 on August 31, 2018.
7TH GRADE DIVISION An athlete must be in the 7th grade as of October 1, 2017 and can be no older than 14 on August 31, 2018. For an athlete that is in the 8th grade as of October 1, 2017 wanting to play down, they can be no older than 13 on August 31, 2018.
8TH GRADE DIVISION An athlete must be in the 8th grade as of October 1, 2017 and can be no older than 15 on August 31, 2018. For an athlete that is in the 9th grade as of October 1, 2017 wanting to play down, they can be no older than 14 on August 31, 2018.
9TH GRADE DIVISION An athlete must be in the 9th grade as of October 1, 2017 and can be no older than 16 on August 31, 2018. For an athlete that is in the 10th grade as of October 1, 2017 wanting to play down, they can be no older than 15 on August 31, 2018.
10TH GRADE DIVISION An athlete must be in the 10th grade as of October 1, 2017 and can be no older than 17 on August 31, 2018. For an athlete that is in the 11th grade as of October 1, 2017 wanting to play down, they can be no older than 16 on August 31, 2018.

AGE BASED COMPETITION RULES
10U - An athlete can be no older than 10 on or before August 31, 2018.
11U - An athlete can be no older than 11 on or before August 31, 2018.
12U - An athlete can be no older than 12 on or before August 31, 2018.
13U - An athlete can be no older than 13 on or before August 31, 2018.
14U - An athlete can be no older than 14 on or before August 31, 2018.
HIGH SCHOOL COMPETITION RULES
15U/9TH GRADE - An athlete can be no older than 15 on or before August 31, 2018. Grade Exception: An athlete who is in the 9thGrade as of October 1, 2017 and who is no older than 16 on or before August 31, 2018
16U/10TH GRADE - An athlete can be no older than 16 on or before August 31, 2018. Grade Exception: An athlete who is in the 10thGrade as of October 1, 2017 and who is no older than 17 on or before August 31, 2018

2018 ELIGIBILITY MATERIAL OPTIONS
1. Electronic Age Verification through SportsAge ID. (Meets age and photo ID requirements)
2. Valid Passport (Meets age and photo ID requirements)
3. Valid Driver`s License or Learners Permit (Meets age and photo ID requirements)
4. Military ID card (Meets age and photo ID requirements)
5. Dept. of Motor Vehicles State Identification card (Meets age and photo ID requirements)
6. Report Card (Meets grade requirement, proof of photo identification for eligibility must be available for review)
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Photo Identification eligibility material is REQUIRED at National Championship events for all athletes.
2. It is the teams responsibility to determine an athletes eligibility prior to signing up for the event.
3. Proof of age and/or grade must be available for review, by an AAU designee at all AAU licensed competitions, if requested.
4. Non-compliance with the proof of eligibility rule will result in players being disqualified.
