BENCH AREA DRESS CODE, PLEASE NO FLIP FLOPS OR CUTOFF SHIRTS FOR BENCH PERSONNEL AND PLEASE FOR ALL YOUR GAMES PLEASE BE SURE TO CLEAN UP AFTER EACH OF YOUR TEAMS GAMES, THERE WILL BE TRASH CANS AT EACH BENCH AREA FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, ALL TEAMS WILL APPRECIATE A CLEAN BENCH TO ARRIVE TO FOR THERE GAMES, PLEASE DO NO HAVE ANY COOLERS ON YOUR TEAM THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE GYMNASIUM THEY WILL NEED TO BE LEFT OUTSIDE, NO EXCEPTIONS, THIS IS PER CITY RULES, NO COOLERS ITS A HAZARD ISSUE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR. UNDERTSANDING ONLY PLASTIC DRINK BOTTLES ALLOWED IN THE BENCH AREA

THE CONDUCT POLICY WILL BE ENFORCED THRU THE TOURNAMENT, PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE PREFER ALL SPECTATORS TO BEHAVE APPROPRIATELY BUT AS ALWAYS ANY OFFICIAL OR SITE DIRECTOR OR GYM PERSONNEL HAS THE AUTHORITY TO HAVE SOMEONE REMOVED FROM THE CS GYMNASIUM CITY PROPERTY, AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR SUCH ACTION , NO EXCEPTIONS !!!!WE WANT EVERYONE TO ENJOY THE GAMES !!! SO NO EJECTIONS PLEASE !!! AND ADHERE TO THE YBOA CONDUCT POLICY THAT WILL BE POSTED THRU THE GYM.

Mandatory Scoresheets

Every team must provide their official YBOA printed scoresheet for each game. Scoresheets can be printed from your team account at yboa.org. Failure to provide an official scoresheet will result in a 2-shot technical foul to begin each game.

Mandatory Check-In

Coaches are required to bring their official YBOA certified copy of their roster to Mandatory Check-In along with any uncertified players (must be in uniform). If all players have been certified by a YBOA staff member and received the YBOA CERTIFIED stamp, coaches are only required to present their official roster at Check-In. Coaches must submit their roster and present uncertified players to the YBOA National Director (or representative). Teams must check-in during the posted days and times or forfeit all games played. Mandatory documentation includes:

Official paid copy of YBOA Team Membership (roster)
Copies of all players birth certificates
Copies of all players current year report cards
Player Release Forms (if applicable)

Florida YBOA is excited to offer our teams a free service for all sanctioned Florida YBOA events. You and your entire team can receive real-time scores and game updates on your phone throughout the tournament. This free service is available to all coaches, parents, players and guests.

To receive a text on your cell phone with game results and next game information:

Text your Team ID Number to 407-901-2121.
Your Team ID Number is located on the game schedule next to your team name.
You will receive texts with your team’s scores and next game information upon completion of every game.
Sign up to follow scores and results of as many teams as you would like (separate ID numbers with comma).

WRISTBANDS ARE TO BE WORN ON WRISTS AT ALL TIMES WHEN IN THE GYMNASIUM IF NOT USED OR SEEN ON WRIST, WE WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE THE GYMNASIUM , THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

Basketballs

Teams must provide their own warm-up basketballs. YBOA will provide game balls.

State & National Power Rankings

YBOA has a New! State and National Power Rankings System for 2019. This new feature will allow teams to view the history, game restults and rankings from other teams around the state and country.
