BENCH AREA DRESS CODE, PLEASE NO FLIP FLOPS OR CUTOFF SHIRTS FOR BENCH PERSONNEL AND PLEASE FOR ALL YOUR GAMES PLEASE BE SURE TO LEAVE AREA CLEANED , THERE WILL BE TRASH CANS AT EVERY BENCH AREA FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. ALL TEAMS WILL APPRECIATE ARRIVING FOR THERE GAMES , THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING . PLEASE DO NOT HAVE ANY COOLERS , THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE GYMNASIUM DUE TO CITY RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR HAZARD REASONS, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO BE LEFT OUTSIDE THE GYM.
THE CONDUCT POLICY WILL BE ENFORCED THRU THE TOURNAMENT, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE YBOA POLICY, WE PREFER ALL SPECTATORS TO BEHAVE APPROPRIATELY BUT AS ALWAYS ANY OFFICIAL OR SITE DIRECTOR OR GYM PERSONNEL HAS THE AUTHORITY TO HAVE SOMEONE ESCORTED AND REMOVEDFROM CITY PREMISES CS GYMNASIUM BEING THE CASE, NO EXCEPTIONS , NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SUCH ACTIONS AGAIN NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!! WE WANT EVERYONE TO ENJOY THE TOURNEY !!!!! SO WE ASK NO EJECTIONS PLEASE!!!!! SO LETS INSURE A SMOOTH TOURNAMENT THE POLICY WILL BE POSTED IN THE GYMNASIUM .

Mandatory Scoresheets
Every team must provide their official YBOA printed scoresheet for each game. Scoresheets can be printed from your team account at yboa.org. Failure to provide an official scoresheet will result in a 2-shot technical foul to begin each game.
Mandatory Check-In
ALL TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THEIR OFFICIAL YBOA CERTIFIED ROSTER AT CHECK-IN
Teams are required to bring all players to check-in that have not been certified by a YBOA staff member or received the YBOA CERTIFIED stamp. Failure to properly check-in non-certified players during the posted days & times will result in forfeiture of all games played.
If all players on a team roster have been certified by a YBOA staff member with a YBOA CERTIFIED stamp, only a team coach or representative is required to come to check-in and submit their official YBOA certified roster and lodging form.
Mandatory documents include:
- Official paid copy of YBOA Team Membership (roster)
- Copies of all players birth certificates (non-certified players only)
- Copies of all players current year report cards (non-certified players only)
- Player Release Forms (if applicable)

Florida YBOA is excited to offer our teams a free service for all sanctioned Florida YBOA events. You and your entire team can receive real-time scores and game updates on your phone throughout the tournament. This free service is available to all coaches, parents, players and guests.
To receive a text on your cell phone with game results and next game information:
- Text your Team ID Number to 407-901-2121.
- Your Team ID Number is located on the game schedule next to your team name.
- You will receive texts with your team’s scores and next game information upon completion of every game.
- Sign up to follow scores and results of as many teams as you would like (separate ID numbers with comma).

YBOA has a New! State and National Power Rankings System for 2020. This new feature will allow teams to view the history, game restults and rankings from other teams around the state and country.
